配送について

Viajes株式会社（ご注文から 7日以内に出荷/土日祝定休日） 配送料

配送料は選択された配送オプションと商品の重量/サイズによって決まります。

ショッピングカートに入れた商品の配送料は、以下の手順で確認できます。

①レジに進むをクリック。
↓
②配送先住所を追加または選択。
↓
③配送オプションを選択し 次に進むをクリック。
↓
④お支払い方法を選択し次に進むをクリック。

配送料の合計金額は注文内容の下に表示されています。

配送料について

注文パイプラインで特に断りのない限り、Viajes株式会社（ご注文から7日以内に出荷/土日祝定休日）は受注から7日以内にすべての商品を出荷しています。

ご注文のお届けが遅れる場合またはご注文がキャンセルされた場合はお知らせいたします。

商品の変更

変更は出来かねます。

キャンセル、返品

ご注文キャンセルは到着日の前日14:00迄にご連絡いただいた場合、対応いたします。

商品に欠陥・問題がある場合を除き、基本的に返品の対応はできかねます。

お客様都合（配送先情報の登録、受領遅延、受領拒否、その他当社の責めに帰さない事情）による返品は、お受け付けできません。

お客様が再度本商品の配送を希望する際は、当社の販売スケジュールに基づき、再度ご注文をしていただく必要がございます。

天候不良・天変地異の災害が予測される場合、また生じた際には、弊社からキャンセル処置を取らせていただき、ご返金させていただきます。

その際、代替日配送等の設定は出来ず、再度、受注/配送スケジュールに基づきご注文いただく必要がございます。ご了承ください。
